Life changer

When I was at my lowest due to having credit card debt and the situation getting worse due to high interest rates, I couldn’t see a way forward. I was given the name of Payplan but was very apprehensive about calling them mainly for getting myself in such a mess. However, when I called them, they were totally non judgemental and helped liaise with the various companies to sort out an affordable plan to pay back the debt. There was no quick fix but Payplan have been there for support and to answer any queries and I have never felt judged by anyone I’ve spoken there. I have been so grateful for their help and support and I really don’t know what I would have done if they hadn’t been there to help. Reviewed on: 18th August 2021
