Excellent company

Up to my eyes in debt....

Many years ago I got myself into thousands of pounds of debt. With the help of Payplan I am slowly but surely paying every penny back, which helps me sleep at night. Payplan arranged everything, put a stop to interest being added to already large debts. They helped me arrange a payment plan according to my income, all at no extra cost to me. They have given me brilliant advice on how to achieve a fabulous credit score...I was able to turn my life around with their help. Supportive and Helpful Throughout

I am in my final year of a 6 year IVA, the initial process was made a lot easier than I expected and I have always felt supported any concerns and questions I have had have been answered quickly. I have been given a light at the end of the tunnel of an overwhelming debt I was left with by my ex husband. Managing debt with support

From the first call and assessment, i felt that i was being treated as an individual whose situation was being considered, rather than just another client. My case manager explained each part of the process to initiate the IVA and explained why tbat was recommended rather than a DMP. The portal makes it easy and secure to mamage your budget and make contact with the team. Annual reviews and statements keep you up to date with the process. Although the 5year term was daunting, with the support of payplan and their team, the years have flown by. I am now just 3 months away from being debt free and being able to start a new chapter. To live again

I approached Payplan as my finances were in severe trouble and I didn't know where to turn they have been a life line to me. Although my debt isn't quite gone I am able to live and don't feel threatened by the prison that debt can be. Pay plan helped me live again

I got into serious debt, so was told to try Pay plan by the Citizens advice. They helped me find a plan that was affordable to me, and took care of contacting the cards etc to make sure it was acceptable to them. They are very friendly and efficient and always try to help.
