I started my journey with Payplan 4years ago and I’ve never regretted it! Payplan got me out of such a awful financial situation, I had debt that I was happily paying with the normal monthly payments and just about surviving, I then become unexpectedly pregnant and then also became single soon after so paying off the debt then became a huge problem, I already had multiple stresses happening in my life and Payplan made it seem so easy for me, I have social anxieties when calling companies etc so that fact that I only have to deal with Payplan and they do the rest is amazing… I can’t believe they do this for free! They help me every year assess my payments and make sure I can afford each monthly payment. They couldn’t be more helpful and the reassurance they give is amazing. When I was first looking for a debt management payplan got recommended to me by a family member so I went forward with taking a debt management plan and all my questions where answered when I was setting it up along with advice on the dos and don’ts whilst trying to pay the debts off Reviewed on: 17th August 2021

Paypplan have been excellent at every stage of my contact with them.

My initial contact was on the phone with an advisor. We talked for nearly two hours so he undertstood my situation completely and could give me the correct advice and start resolving my problems. I had contacted four other debt advice agencies already and had not heard back from one and had received conflicting advice from the others, including ruling out that I should or even COULD do a Debt Management Plan which the Payplan advisor said was the best option and I which I then did. All other contact with Payplan advisors since then, either by phone or email, has always been very friendly and helpful. I could not recommend Payplan more highly. I wish I had found them sooner and that they are publicised more so people go to them straightaway. Reviewed on: 17th August 2021

Extremely helpfull company
