Outstanding and understanding

PayPlanPlus really helped when I was in an extremely difficult situation with money. I could no longer juggle all my repayments. The person I spoke to initially was very understanding and non-judgemental. Went through my situation to help me work out what I could afford to pay and dealt with my creditors. It didn’t stop there. I get worrying letters from my creditors but PayPlanPlus will respond to my questions quickly and I can easily send them a copy of the letter and they reassure me . Reviewed on: 17th August 2021

Fantastic service and great advice

My partner and I both lost our jobs through Covid-19 and as many of us, we built a lot of debt to survive and still provide for our son. We both called around to see what support we could get to help us financially and Payplan - Katarina and the team provided us many solutions to consider and have helped us consolidate our debts into one easy monthly payment which has been such a big relief on all parts. Payplan helps to get people out of debt

Excellent team ready to listen and help

Truth is I was in a mess. Didn’t know where to to turn for help until my bank put in in touch with payplan, very nervous and scared to ring but so pleased I did, the team helped me through it all from start to finish and answered all my questions when ever I needed to. A real life line

Payplan have really helped me I was in an absolute hell hole of debt and was so depressed and scared, Payplan not only helped me out on paper they supported me emotionally so I could see light at the end of the tunnel I never thought I’d be somewhere where I wasn’t worrying about money but here I am thanks to Payplan! I unfortunately have had to use Payplan now for a number of years. Being in debt is traumatic. When I first approached Payplan I was made to feel like a normal person again although I had fallen onto hard times and felt very low.
