Simple

Easy,simple to organise, didn't feel bad for going down this route, felt relieved mostly, customer service good, I had to ring to check things but was no bother. Thanks to them I feel like my finances are finally on there way to getting sorted. Reviewed on: 16th August 2021

Such a helpful company

I was really struggling with getting my head around my debts and buried my head for a bit. Things were spiraling and I couldn't see a way out. My company gave me details for Payplan and they were amazing. After going through all my outgoings they created a budget that is suitable for me and I felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm managing my parents and bulls are no longer behind. Fantastic

I was in a right mess with my finances I couldn’t sleep at night etc. I was already with a dept management company and still worried about my payments. Luckily someone told me about Pay plan and I contacted them. Basically they have been a life saver for me over the years and they have helped me to enjoy certain benefits again. Reassuring

My husband sadly and unexpectedly passed away janruary 2021 it is devestating and also the loss of money and be unable to pay all the debts on top of this made me wish I could have died as well. I was very upset on the phone as I, m grieving, the people I spoke to were amazing so kind and understanding and very reassuring. It was the first time I felt I could breathe and a bit of hope for the future since losing my husband, I will never forget there kindness to me they are an amazing company. Life changing
