I had a terrible time with money and debt before PayPlan got involved. My worries were taking care of and everything worked out well in the end. The team helped me each step of the way, from initial consultation, through to supporting annual reviews. This month I finished my IVA and have my finances in order. I went through a very difficult time with my finances and was struggling to cope. PayPlan came to the rescue and was able to deal with all of my creditors for me which took away a lot of the stress that I was experiencing. Making the decision to go into a DMP was a huge step for me. PayPlan had been recommended to me by a friend where I had plenty of questions and concerns about going ahead. Initially I spoke to an advisor who answered every question under the sun that I had! They were so informative and talked me through every detail before I went ahead. They deal with anything I need along the way. I decided to take therapy sessions where they worked out a more affordable plan for me to afford my therapy. Payplan have been fantastic with us as a family. setting up a well organised payment plan for us as we are experiencing extreme financial difficulties. Staff are amazing and have been assisting us each and every step of the way. We thoroughly recommend their expertise and great service in putting the customer first. Help is always on hand.
