When I first contacted PayPlan for help, I was very happy with the lady I spoke to. She was understanding, kind, patient and very thorough as we went though very thing. And I mean everything! They keep you in the loop very step of the way, making sure that everything is right for you and it was all set up quickly. Every time I have phoned with a question or when it comes to the yearly review, I have been met with the same kind and understanding attitude. They have really helped us consolidate all our debts, doing all the hard work for you, which was a weight of my shoulders in itself. I would recommend them to anyone who is in a difficult time. The lady Consultant was very helpful and sympathetic to my financial debt crisis and within a short while of talking to her, she came up with a solution of a DMP, which took a great deal of stress off my situation .
