I felt the whole process quite nerve racking at 1st but the professionalism they gave me and the understanding they have put my mind at ease and now I am So grateful to them, I also now can look forward with greater positivity know that my debt is being manage better. Peace of Mind

I was extremely suicidal due to my debts. Pay plan gave me back my life and peace of mind. They are polite, helpful, understanding. I only needed to be transparent and they took over my problem. Help when needed

I turned to Pay Plan about three years ago. I found that all the staff that I dealt with were extremely helpful, sympathetic, non-judgemental and very capable and competent in their knowledge and expertise. From the moment I turned to them, I felt a great weight of worry removed, especially as they did very much all of the hard work talking to my creditors. I am well on the way to resolving my issues thanks totally to Pay Plan and it hasn't cost me anything in the way of fees which is a bonus.
