Excellent Service

Excellent service. And quick to sort out all your debts and to make it as stress free as possible. REASSURING AND PROFESSIONAL

Having sought the advice of another debt managing company at a cost of £800 which resulted in us ending in a worse position due to bad advice, it was a last chance for us when we found PayPlan. They took on all communication with our debtors and within a very short space of time a repayment plan was agreed with them all. We were able to plan our lives and look forward to rebuilding our future safe in the knowledge that PayPlan had our best interests at heart. Help in tough times

When I first went to payplan ten years ago for debt advice, they were non judgemental and gave me free, impartial advice. I have now been with them for ten years, and have only praise for the way they have handled my case in so many ways I can hardly count then all. The fear of threatening letters and bailiffs melted away quickly, and the repayments have been made according to my budget. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Great help

I was really struggling with my finances I explained I could even hold a phone conversation due to me bursting out crying everytime I even tried to talk about it they arranged for us to do the whole thing through WhatsApp which made it so much easier for me to communicate my situation they were able to help me arrange affordable payments Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Amazing experience so far!!

I was swimming in debt, couldn’t sleep, was affecting my mental health when I decided to reach out. I spoke to a lady called Gemma who was amazing with me, instantly made me feel better and we discussed my options. I got accepted for an IVA and my case officer Sam has been fantastic, the good thing with Payplan is they understand life happens and payments aren’t always doable, they work with you to make life better.
