From the moment I contacted Payplan about my finances, they couldn't have been more reassuring and clear about what my options were. I never felt pressured to make any particular decisions and always felt I had all the information I needed. Since arranging my Debt Management Plan they have always responded quickly to any messages I have sent them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Payplan supported me through a very challenging time when my finances had a significant impact upon my mental health. I was treated with respect at a time when I had lost respect for myself. I didn't know where to turn and the Payplan advisor methodically guided me through the IVA process. My life has totally changed as a result of this support.
