Payplan helped me set up an affordable repayment plan for my debts. All through the process Payplan staff communicated with me regularly and responded promptly to my concerns and inquiries. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Even when I delayed to provide some of the required documentation or responses they would keep contacting me to remind me and to see how they could help me or provide any clarification I needed. Definitely helped me out. I was struggling big time to pay my creditors. Payplan showed me a way out. They were helpful and reassuring. I was at my wits end and didn't know were to turn. I'm unemployed and was way over my head with debt and also have 2 teenagers to support. All I can say is don't ignore debt till you get into a state and think there's no way out. Payplan can help you and you will sleep better at night. Thanks again Payplan for helping me through my distress and anxiety.
