Finally, some peace of mind

For months I wasn't sleeping or eating well. My money worries and home life were causing me so many issues, until I finally plucked up the courage to contact PayPlan. Even after the initial conversation with one of their agents I could feel the weight lifting from my shoulders. They were patient, kind and understanding. Explained all the options available and gave me their recommendations. Now only a few months on and I feel like a new person. PayPlan agreement in place with all creditors, no more threatening letters, and a budget that means I can now spend money on food and other essentials. All the communication I have had with PayPlan has been comprehensive, yet easy to understand. When ever I have had to call them, it's always a friendly voice at the end of the phone. The PayPlan team get my vote and if I knew anyone else who was having money worries then I would definitely recommend contacting them ASAP Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Great service!

I feel for the first time in a long time that my finances are finally back on track. I can plan and budget properly. I am less stressed which has had a huge effect on my mental health! Life back on track

I can't thank PayPlan enough, They were very understanding and helpful as I went through a bad period in my life with a gambling addiction,my life is now back on track all with the help of PayPlan.
