Wonderful, thought service throughout while being treated as a individual during the process and offering a number of solutions to my problems. Understanding and very helpful during the Covid pandemic and my redundancy. Recommend to anyone who difficult circumstances. First class service with continental contact. Amazing help and support

Due to a number of unexpected life events, we found ourselves in financial difficulty and didn’t know how to get out of the hole we had found ourselves in. We were advised to speak to PayPlan and from the first conversation they were incredibly helpful and provided great support. A sorely needed lifebelt

Medical treatment, not covered by insurance due to Covid admissions rule changes, drained our savings and put us in a deep hole with the bank which bank charges and interest payments made impossible to climb out of without help. Easy, no stress

I was going on maternity leave so worried about a lower income and that I wouldn’t be able to afford everything, but with PayPlan they took that stress away and worked along side me to make affordable repayments. Best decision made to move to Payplan

I had been struggling with debt repayments for years and continued letters from banks were stressing me more. I moved to Payplan and they worked out an affordable monthly repayment. No constant phone calls or bugging letters. Easy to pay via the app and see your balance remaining. Excellent friendly service! Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
