I entered a DMP last year and Payplan couldn’t be more attentive, understanding and sympathetic in what is a very stressful and embarrassing situation. It’s was a big step for me deciding to sign up with Payplan, a lot of guilt, embarrassment and fear had been part of my life because I couldn’t keep up with my credit card payments. From the start the staff at Payplan made me feel so comfortable and supported, they explained everything so wonderfully and made me feel so much better about my situation. Last year was really difficult. As for many. But there wasn't so much help. It got to the point when bills could not be delayed any further but income wasn't there. Going from decent income to big fat 0 will take a toll even on the strongest of character. Many companies are there to "offer help". But it is all just about getting your data. Only payplan actually followed the process through to the end. Freedom is still far away but so far so good. Not problematic to get in touch, to clarify things further, to explain.
