Got my life back on track

When things got too much for me Payplan literally gave me my life back. The account manager was so helpful, she ensured that we had a clear picture of my finances and worked towards clearing my debt. As an emergency service worker in the pandemic the last thing I needed was more stress and Payplan removed any stress and hassle. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

I was stuck after starting maternity leave and being on less than £500 than I was used to. This meant I couldn't look at paying any of my debts. A quick discussion with PayPlan and I ended up with a simple and affordable debt plan. There have been a few occasions that I have struggled, due to unforeseen circumstances, but I have spoken to them and we have agreed a fair resolution, for example a slight extension to my IVA which enables me to keep things moving and not really affecting me too much.
