Absolutely life changing

Easy worry-free solution to a stressful situation

I have always found trying to deal with my financial situation extremely stressful, anxiety inducing and an emotional experience. Every member of the Payplan team I have communicated with have been extremely understanding and patient and have helped me with each process I have had to complete. I wish I had contacted them sooner and would recommend them to anyone in need of help with their debts. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Helpful and getting my life back on track

Initially I will admit I was apprehensive about contacting an organisation such as PayPlan, because of the fact I was ashamed I was in the debt position I was in, and felt I should be able to get myself out of it. However I am so glad that I did contact them and arrangement a DMP eventually moving to an IVA. They were so helpful, friendly, not judgemental and trying to normalise the situation I was in by saying I wasn't alone. They have also on a number of occasions taken great compassion and care in handling and communicating with me on a number of matters, ensuring I didn't feel pressurised or down-hearted about the situation. Would definitely recommend them as an organisation to anyone who is struggling with debt problems. It has given me the peace of mind I was looking for, and is helping me work towards being debt free. Efficient and understanding

Debt is always a tough thing to get through and we never thought we would end up needing debt solutions but due to the death of a loved one, we found ourselves in a rut. We contacted PAYPLAN, who knew every step of the way and guided us through the process and negotiated payments for us with our creditors, which made life liveable.
