Payplan supported me with a debt management plan which failed to reduce the debt albeit allowed me to carry on living. They did eventually support me to set up an IVA which will see my debt cleared, thank you. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

From the moment I contacted Payplan I felt like a weight had been taken from my shoulders. I was feeling vulnerable and stressed but they put me at ease. When I wasn't up to it I was able to email rather than speak directly. They are supportive and talk you through every stage of the process. They reply to any questions within the day. Easy and stressfree!

I contacted Payplan when i got myself into debt, i chose them as i hate using the phone and they did 99% of the work via WhatsApp and email, only call i had was after the final meeting between the creditors had been finished.
