Payplan has helped me get my life and finances under control I was having daily panic and anxiety issues due to the fear of the debt I d gotten my self into but Payplan helped me work out and acted on my behalf to make affordable monthly payments and keep my creditor's happy too . I was getting so down aboht my debt and was too scared to talk about it and admit it to myself. I have never felt more at ease speaking to payplan and i they honestly did save my life. Brilliant efficient service

Payplan changed our life!

We found we were paying the bills and debts and we then didn’t have any money for food so was having to use a food bank then my partner’s work drained up and that’s when we needed help, it was so worrying sleepless nights didn’t know where to turn. Then I saw a company that I googled that helps so we had a meeting and basically they wanted a fee every month of £100 plus the monthly amount which was £100 for the creditors. Lucky we didn’t sign up as we couldn’t afford the crazy amount they wanted! and I contacted citizens advice and that’s how we came across payplan which is a free helping debt service. I feel we definitely had a lucky escape from the first company! Payplan are a fantastic company, they go through solutions every year on Your yearly review to see if you are on the right repayment solution. I can sleep at night and know I’m not going to get the bailiffs at my door thanks to Payplan! I highly recommend them! Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Honest and committed

Payplan got my feet back to the ground when I was being harassed by creditors. They encouraged me went through plans with me and gave me unbiased information to help me choose the right plan. A release from a downward spiral.

It has been a such a releif to have had payplan help me with my money issues, before their involvement I was struggling in what felt like an out of control downward spiral, that i saw no release from, with their help i am now looking ahead to resolving those issues and putting myself in a better plan, not just financially but mentally.. Customer service needs attention

They are all about the money and only seem to work for the creditors. I’d like to see them have a more holistic view and understand that debt isn’t binary as there are many more factors they could consider when delivering customer service. Often someone in debt is at rock bottom if they reach out for help with an IVA. Some mental health training or at least some compassion could go a long way. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
