I found myself in financial difficulties due to a dramatic unforeseen change in my circumstances. A friend recommended PayPlan and I contacted the service. Ethical, impartial and non-judgemental

This charitable organisation deserves recognition for their work supporting people in debt without charging them a penny. Whilst I know they're always a phone call away if I need them, I'm sure a lot of clients like myself don't particularly enjoy talking about their debts, so it's brilliant that you can go through the whole process online whilst still having a dedicated point of contact. They've always presented all of the solutions available to me in an impartial way without bias or up-selling products that might be more beneficial to them. As perverse as it might sound, I love that Payplan have turned my debts from a worry into something that I no longer worry about. Best thing I did

I genuinely didn’t know what I was going to do with my finances, until I rang the number that Payplan had on their website, every person I spoke to made me feel at ease and calm. I am now financially stable with an understanding on what financial factors come first. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

One step at a time

I feared the worst would happen when I couldn't pay off my credit cards. With taking one step at a time, I setup a payment plan. Payplan was understanding and I communicated via email. My preferred option. I'm still paying off my debt but I can now see the end of the road. So I can get back to living my life debt free. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
