PayPlan- The Plan That Changed My Life

I believe that PayPlan should win the award as they offer a truly outstanding service. I am currently working as a supply teacher and was first introduced to Paypal 18 months ago at a time when my debts made me feel suicidal. As a single parent, I just couldn't see a way forward however, your staff are always so kind, understanding and patient. Most of all they are non- judgemental and supportive in every way. They find immediate solutions that are workable- they are the voice of positive reason. PayPlan will never truly know how much their ongoing support really means to me. I can hand on my heart say that I am only here because of PayPlan. They gave me unconditional support at a time when everything was extremely dark. During the pandemic, they continued to support me when I was furloughed during the first lockdown and when my agency refused to pay me in the second. What they didn't know was that they saved me once again as I gained even more debt due to Covid. Thank you PayPlan for giving me my life back and enabling me to continue. If I win the money I would simply put it toward my debt repayments. I know that one day in the near future, with the help of PayPlan's support, I will be in a position to finally pay back my debt.
