Understanding, reassuring and caring

From the moment I first phoned in tears to every other interaction I’ve had has been nothing but amazing. Going through one of the toughest times in my life they made it as easy and as straightforward as possible. Never did I feel judged. Being in financial difficulty can really take a toll on you without you even realising. I felt ashamed I got myself in this position but it’s so easily done. Never was I judged and they handled everything I couldn’t. They were clear with what my options were, what was best for me and how they would help. I’ve been with Payplan for a few years now and if for whatever reason as life happens I wasn’t able to make full payment I informed them and they handled everything else. PayPlan has given me peace of mind and taken a massive weight off my shoulders. I have recommended a friend and they too have had the same experience as me and are very happy with them. Life changing support

Finally, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel after years of putting my head in the sand. I found this service and never looked back. Payplan changed my life from one of worrying and being unable to see a solution to one where I could see a debt free future. It’s very achievable because the focus is on support that is practical and works on a day to day basis. I couldn’t believe that Payplan was free when every other company wanted to keep increasing interest charges and making life more difficult. I feel so much better now. I’ve got a plan that works and am paying off my debts in affordable chunks that are organised by Payplan based on my information. I’m no longer on my own and beside myself with worry. There are genuinely caring people who are helpful and kind on the end of a phone. Thank you so much for the fantastic difference that you have made to the quality of my life. You really are the best. Pay Plan Review

I cannot fault Pay Plan in any shape or form. Pay Plan have been there for me from the very start of my journey to become debt free. Their advice, help, step by step personal attention was an absolute life saver for me. They are only one phone call away or one message away when I needed them and again help was always there. Their yearly assessment is invaluable as the last 18 months for me and many many people during furlough was tough but again their help and advice was invaluable. To this end I would recommend to anyone who is experiencing financial difficulties to talk your problem through with Pay Plan they have solutions to fit everyone and more importantly give you peace of mind that your debt is being paid at an affordable arrangement. I've found payplan to be a breath of fresh air in a confusing web of companies trying to take more money off of you in a critical time when you're haemorrhaging money in the first place. Each of their supervisors have been friendly, kind and empathic in every way all along my path. My head and my heart were in a bad place after a few bad breaks in life and I really needed to trust someone. I cannot thank them enough or rate them enough to make my easy transition from being a nervous wreck and concentrate on being a husband and a father. Thank you pay plan for helping me breath again.
