It was the best phone call years ago I could have made. Yes I was nervous but I was put at ease straight away. Very friendly. We went through all bills and spending which was great. Every year we have kept up to date and as soon as any changes I've sent a message and received a reply which is great. This service has been great as budgeting was never my strong point but now I've got it sussed. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

I have been with Payplan now for a few years and they have always been excellent at sorting everything out for me, they frequently keep in contact with me about my finances etc. When ever I have any questions they respond straight away. I have tried other debt plan agencies but out of them all Payplan is far the best Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
