Pay plan have given me breathing space by taking my situation into consideration, even helping me and understanding when I had problems paying them a few years ago when my daughter passed away suddenly. I would recommend to anyone in hardship, they are friendly, give great advice and the customer service is outstanding to say the least! Brilliant customer journey so far.. I don't know where I'd be without them. They've managed my debts really well and supported me when I need them. Of course, it's two-way, and I like to think that I've kept to my side of the bargain too, for their and my creditors' sake - as far as I know I have, and so far, for the whole process, so good.
