They are amazing and so easy to deal with. No judgement (which is so important with this sensitive issue) and always a good listening ear at the other end. It’s getting your life back in an easy and manageable way. No tricks or hidden things. So simple and before you know it you’ve almost paid off the debt. I’ve been with them for 4 years and almost at the end. 4 years ago I never even thought it was a possibility…. If you do one thing today and feel like you’re in debt over your head - give them a call. They do all the hard work for you. Couldn’t recommend enough. Would recommend over and over again!

Quite simply, Payplan saved my life. I am nearly at the end of my plan now but for a long time I was in a black hole of debt that I never thought I would get out of. Payplan made the process of entering into a DMP as smooth as I could ever have imagined and have been there to support me whenever I have needed it. Being able to do the annual review online makes it so much easier. I’ve already recommended them to quite a number of people and will continue to do so. They’ve turned my life around. Before joining PayPlan I would like awake worrying about how on earth I was going to manage my debt, this definitely affected my mental health and I was taking antidepressants .
