PayPlan have taken a lot of the pressure and stress away from me and this is a very big reason to recommend them, they also don’t take a fee, so what you pay is going off your debts They also let you decide by giving you all the information so you can choose what is best for your circumstances Reviewed on: 7th August 2021

Great service, they have a calabre of staff who are very helpful, you are assigned a case officer who you can correspond with via messages on their App (PayPlanPlus) which although it looks dated, works perfectly well and gives you all the updated status of your plan and the ability to make payments when ever you want too. As long as they are received by the payment date, I personally prefer this over direct debit as I am self employed and not on a regular wage. The bottom line is that I have been with Payplan since 2008 and I am very happy with their services Reviewed on: 7th August 2021
