Took the stress and anxiety out of my life

Rock bottom could not keep on juggling all the debts that had occurred during fighting for my husband’s private pension they put us into plunging debt for two years I just knew I had to get control back and then pay plan came into my life and through patience and understanding they helped me to breath again I am now less stressful and not afraid of the post coming through the door they have let me live again can’t thank them enough!! Payplan gave me my sanity back

I am really not good with money and after I had a child I got into a mountain of debt and had undiagnosed adhd (which makes budgeting hard because of the way the brain works ) and credit meant I could get all the things I'd never had access to as a poor working class kid . Clothes. Holidays. Shoes. The list was endless but with no self control I got into a mess pretty quickly and was previously fairly OK with money but the added stress of having a child threw me for a loop. It had a bad effect on my mental health with creditors calling constantly. I knew I had to do something. I'm a bit better now with money. Payplan have been nothing but sympathetic, non judgemental and it is really easy. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Debt relief eased

Ever since I hit financial problems in 2006 I was recommended by my staff association to approach Pay Plan who could offer help and advice. It was an extremely anxious time and the way Pay Plan guided me through the DMP process and set the plan with my creditors was a great relief to myself and family. Without their help I could have lost my job/career at the time if I was declared bankrupt or considered and IVA. At the start of my DMP it was very difficult coming to terms with what I could and couldn't use my income for but Pay Plan were always available to guide me through the initial phase and assist with any problems that arose. Helped with the burden of high pressure debts.

From I got in touch with PayPlan I have had a very heavy pressure lifted off my shoulders. They were able to help me get my debts and payments in an easy and manageable routine.
