Whilst PayPlan halted my debts as I was sinking into a more and more difficult situation, their customer service could definitely improve; slow replies, multiple advisors with no knowledge of case repeating each other etc. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Came to my rescue when I needed it.

Through illness and being off work my debts piled up and I didnt feel in control but through recommendation from Citizens Advice, Pay Plan came to my rescue and were brilliant at helping organise my debts with my creditors so that I could make a manageable payment plan. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
