Very reliable and trustworthy

They have sort out my finances since the financial meltdown and my finances were in a wheel downwards. My creditors were alover me and lost my credit ratings.this resulted in me going for payplan to help me sort my finances with my creditors and that was done swiftly and efficiently. They've have been helping me live back and untop my debts. They have a simple platform to help you navigate through and communication has always been the key. During the pandemic i have all the support needed from payplan and was great. Overall could easily give them more rating Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

As above ~ I find sometimes communication / messaging could be a little quicker and better use made of the website / portal for such things. But that aside, pretty good. To quote a well known paint company's slogan, "does what it says on the tin" ~ ie debt solutions. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

I do recommend Payplan, they have made my life a whole lot easier to be honest, the service is absolutely brilliant, they have looked after me and my debts and I don’t worry at all anymore, they are so helpful and truly understand what a difficult time you are going through, I can’t thank them enough, highly recommended.
