Why wouldn't you contact them?

I contacted Payplan, thinking I owed credit card debts of around £25,000 and was struggling to pay the minimum each month and the interest was crippling me .When they added everything up it was a massive £38,000. The staff are friendly, helpful and non judgemental, and caring even phoning me up when I was off sick when they noticed an 'out of office' email ping back to them. They talked me through the simple steps, and everything was sorted within weeks. My repayments are affordable, even allowing me spare money each month for treats and holidays. I have been registered with them now for almost 5 years and my debt is now £20,000. I no longer live in fear of the postman calling. Simple and easy solution to debt worries

I switched to PayPlan from another debt solution company when they began to charge me almost half of what my monthly payments were. Thankfully, PayPlan was easy to find and basically just picked up where the other company left it. Friendly, understanding and professional service without the judgement nor the fees.
