Compassionate and efficient

Payplan stepped in for me when I was struggling and thought nothing would ever change. At my lowest point they took the pressure off and spoke for me, helping me to sort out my debt problems. But what really mattered, was that they showed such kindness and compassion towards me with no judgement. That was the first time that I’d experienced this and I will always be eternally grateful.
