I have been with payplan fir a few years now. If I have had any questions or queries they have always been helpful and very understanding. The only thing is my case officer is sometimes been different year on year but they always seem fully aware of my situation and have always dealt with my creditors and informed me of any changes. No more sleepless nights !

10 years ago I was referred to payplan ! They dealt with all my debters & set up an affordable repayment plan! Coming to an end very shortly & debt free ! With there help & your discipline anyone can achieve! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I just didn't know how to sort the financial mess out that I got myself into until I was introduced to PayPlan by Citizens Advice. They were absolutely wonderful and sorted out a repayment scheme for me that meant not only was I able to reduce my debt but I had a life as well and I wasn't to made to feel that I was a terrible person because of it and I'm extremely gratefull for their help.
