I was made redundant and unfortunately found myself in trouble financially. I contacted PayPlan who talked me though the best solutions for my situation. I was assigned a case officer who has always responded quickly to any concerns I’ve had. I’ll be debt free within a year and couldn’t have done it without their advice and assistance. After my wife and I got married I lost my job and found it very hard to pay our debts, And even when I found job we couldn't catch up we struggled for about a year until we found payplan. They looked after us made us feel like we could breathe again ,but then 6 years I became ill and couldn't work anymore payplan helped us so much with lowering our payments it took us longer to pay our debts back but next year 2022 in may we will be debt free and I can't thank payplan enough Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I had struggled for a long time to dig myself out of a debt hole that was due to a problematic relationship based on financial abuses. When you're up to your neck in it it's hard to see that you'll ever be out of it. Payplan changed all that and helped put my situation in perspective and devised a manageable plan on my behalf that was acceptable to my creditors. All the stress melted away! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

When I realised how much debt I’d been left in and was on my own I contacted PayPal.After a talk with them I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. They actually saved my life I was at rock bottom. They are kind and sorted my problem quickly. I could sleep at nights and felt like I’d found a friend.
