Kept me out of deep water

Made us feel like there was light at the of our tunnel

After my wife and I got married I lost my job and found it very hard to pay our debts, And even when I found job we couldn't catch up we struggled for about a year until we found payplan. They looked after us made us feel like we could breathe again ,but then 6 years I became ill and couldn't work anymore payplan helped us so much with lowering our payments it took us longer to pay our debts back but next year 2022 in may we will be debt free and I can't thank payplan enough Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Helpful and supportive

I had struggled for a long time to dig myself out of a debt hole that was due to a problematic relationship based on financial abuses. Turning mountains into molehills!

When you're up to your neck in it it's hard to see that you'll ever be out of it. Payplan changed all that and helped put my situation in perspective and devised a manageable plan on my behalf that was acceptable to my creditors. All the stress melted away! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Payplan saves lives

When I realised how much debt I’d been left in and was on my own I contacted PayPal.After a talk with them I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. They actually saved my life I was at rock bottom. They are kind and sorted my problem quickly. I could sleep at nights and felt like I’d found a friend. Excellent company

Was very understanding from the start. Was embarrassed to talk about my debt problems so they were happy to do everything by messages. Payplan. Our debt management friend

I have been with Payplan for many years, they helped me sort my debts, contacted the companies and took away the stress. Staff have always been, kind, understanding and non judgmental. I have cleared so many debts. Completing my annual review has never been easier,, now being able to complete on line. But if I need to speak to my case worker, they are just on the other end of the phone but also I can email and they will always respond quickly. I don’t know what I would have done without Payplan. There to help like a big brother would
