Payplan - Supportive and helpful.

Payplan have been so supportive and helpful when I’ve needs to amend my budget and payments. Before I contacted Payplan, my mental health was getting worse. I couldn’t maintain my credit commitments as well as maintain my household. I now have my life back and paid about two thirds of my original debt balance off. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

I started a voluntary debt management plan through PayPlan in 2019 after some unexpected circumstances put me into debt. When I contacted them I was very distressed and embarrassed and the customer advisor was nothing but amazing. She reassured me.and put my worry at ease and helped me find a manageable plan.
