Im nearly 3 years into my plan and the staff have been really nice and helpful when ive been in touch. Ive needed a couple of payment breaks along the way and they are sorted out professionally. Overall it makes the process less daunting. Reviewed on: 19th May 2024

PayPlan have changed my life. Even since the start if I have needed help they are always there. They, as a company, understand the cost of living and never leave you struggling. They ensure you are paying what you can afford. Your advisor checks in on you regularly. You are always up to date with any changes and you don’t feel pushed to pay more than what you can.
