I love the fact that I could email an agent at Payplan directly for any queries and I get a response promptly. Also, the debt plan was so easy to set up and not time consuming unlike other companies. My whole experience with PayPlan so far has been amazing. Superb customer service from an understanding and empathetic adviser when I first contacted them. Very helpful. Everything explained in layman's terms. Thank you. The app makes it easy to contact my adviser as well as being able to pay extra towards outstanding debt if finances allow. Superb service.
