life saver

always a difficult time for anyone needing help in this matter. great customer service, concise help and advice. great care taken in providing a plan i could afford. they did all the legwork, understood my stress and feelings. all my creditors were involved and also were very helpful. a massive weight off my mind, no more letters and phone calls to dodge. this service is free to me the creditors pay for this as they get reasonable returns in this very hard economic time. if you are in the position of myself with no see able way out contact the asap. you will not regret it. Best service and friendly

The people at Payplan have been incredible. I finally got the courage to ask for help and this company having been fantastic. They have been very sympathetic with problems and have helped me set up a plan to clear my debts off making sure I have enough to live off still monthly. Cannot fault them at all. FANTASTIC!!

Really got myself into lots of debt as ive never really managed my finances well from a young age. Payplan gave me the opportunity to reset and breathe from all the stress i was dealing with. I recommend to anybody and have done to friends & family. Life changing

Before I set up with pay plan I was in an endless rut. My mother passed away in 2019 and in light of the tragic event I became careless with money and borrowing as I struggled to come to terms with my grief. My life has drastically changed for the better after taking out my debt management plan. Not only do pay plan offer wonderful financial advice but they are incredibly understanding on emotional hardships and how these factors may have adverse effects on one’s financial state. The staff are very patient when it comes to annual reviews and budgeting. Every phone call I have had with pay plan I have walked away feeling so much better about everything. Finally my life doesn't feel so daunting which is exactly what I needed after losing my mum at 27 years of age. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023
