Outstanding always there if you need help or support

They really are helping me get out of a tight hole and the way they took over with my creditors was brilliant can't thank them enough had enough problems with have to give work up with ill health but this was one previous I didn't have to worry about Reviewed on: 21st June 2023

Payplan are such a helpful company , i have been with them for many years, when you first contact them you are usually at your whits end with worry , they put your mind at ease and tell you all the options you have & guide you though each one. Life saving!

About 8 years ago after my ex had left I found out we had both run up more debt then I could afford to pay back every month with 2 small children and a house to run. I contacted payplan and they talked me through the process and found an affordable sum for me. Really friendly staff and always happy to help. We're still paying it off but we are closer to paying it off for a debt free future. Reviewed on: 21st June 2023

Debt advice

Payplan has been an asset from the first time we had talked. They have handled all the documentation required and dealt with creditors taking the stress out from my family. I would not have been able to get the same result as they did.. and if any it would have been involved in a lot of stress calls, taking off from work etc. I have so much to thank… Truly amazing team!!!! Payplan helped me to live again.

In July 2016 I was overwhelmed with debt and did nit know where to turn. A desperate Goofle Search took me to Payplan. They listened to me, set up a debt management plan and gave me vital advice about bank accounts an how to handle demands for money. Seven years later I am debt free and am living happily and responsibly. Withoyt Payplan I would have lost everything. They are an excellent company with helpful and knowledgeable advisers. The best thing I've ever done

I was really struggling balancing everything I had borrowed. Talking to payplan who assured me illd be alright really put me at ease. They talked me through all stages of the process so I knew what to expect and reassured me if I was ever unsure of anything they would be more than happy to go through it. Needless to say this was all achieved in one or two phone calls. I would 100% still be struggling with debt if it wasn't for pay plan honestly the best thing I did. Reviewed on: 21st June 2023
