Outstanding service

When I first went to payplan I was in a real bad place financially and mentally! It was so degrading explaining my finances and the position I was in but payplan were very sympathetic and had a lot of empathy for me! There was no judgement from them as to the mess I had got myself in! They dealt with all of my creditors which took so much stress away from me so I could concentrate on getting better mentally wise! Life changing

I was scared and ashamed to ask for help. When I had tried everything and could see no other way out, I finally made this step. PayPlan was helpful and supportive from the second I spoke to them, making me feel at ease, no longer alone and in one phone call they changed my life. After years of struggle, I finally saw that there was a light at the end of the tunnel! PayPlan offers a friendly and professional service that helps people to overcome the shame, guilt and the sense of loss of control, that is associated with being in debt. I'm pinching myself that I didn't contact Payplan years ago

The tragic death of my husband left me financially, and mentally broken. I struggled for nearly 5 years then someone recommended Payplan. The result, I have a plan in place but more importantly I can't believe how my mental health has been helped. They were wonderful, patient and understanding. A miracle, nothing less. PayPlan. A Lifeline.

I was sinking deeper and deeper into debt and didn’t know what to do until I read about PayPlan and asked for their help. They listened, worked out a budget and then contacted all my creditors and set up payment plans which left me and my family enough to live on and to pay my debts at lower amounts over a number of years. Everything was explained in detail and in terms that were easily understood.
