A sigh of relief

Decent people

They have been understanding and empatic all the way through my year. I have felt supported and questions answered. I have been treated like a person, and successfully managed to pay all payments for 1 year. This is due to a affordable payment and realistic budget. Excellent service and help

We moved from a payed plan with a different company to a free plan with PayPlan and it was so much easier to get set up and everything transferred over they delt with everything and made the whole experience so easy. Fast efficient and friendly service

Payplan saved my life when I'm struggled to pay my Bill and debt I could take my life away because of my financial situation. If I have to tell you the truth I can't even afford to buy bread and milk to survive .I don't want to think about distressed I go through again .Massive thank you to payplan gives me the best hope relief from my worrying struggle. A weight of my mind.

PayPal have literally saved my life. After the breakup of my marriage and family, I also loss my Father. My mood was low and the stress of my debt was becoming unbearable. PayPal wa recommended by one of my creditors. On the first phonecall I was so relieved and so reassured that there was light at the end of the tunnel. A huge weight was lifted and I could now sleep at night. The advisors are just lovely and not judgemental. You are assigned a case worker who is always on hand to give advise. I know I have a way to go in paying my debt but the support is fantastic and I am not alone. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Help from PayPlan

My adviser at PayPlan has been fantastic. I had got into a real mess financially, with no chance of repaying my debts. There was no waiting period, which I expected, the set up of my DMP, with creditors acceptance of repayment offers, took a matter of a few weeks. Life changer!
