Great Debt Repayment Company

Friendly staff, simple affordable debt solutions, they have been brilliant at putting my mind at ease, with regard to my Debt solution. Would recommend this company to anyone who are having debt problems, they have several debt repayment solutions tailored to your needs. They also check in with you to make sure, the plan is working for you, and are able to offer, a reduction in repayments if you, are struggling to make the repayments. My experience with payplan is amazing, they are extremely helpful, understanding and caring for the individual. They understand what each and every individual is going through at this time of need and support them 100%, I can't thank them enough for taking the pressure off me, especially with mental health and the other illness iam going through at the moment, so from the bottom of my heart thank you payplan you have saved me. Professional and amazing support

We have been with Payplan and a debt management plan for many years, in the beginning they were so helpful, professional and offered amazing support and helped us set up our plan with a view to being dept free. The best Debt Solutions company

Pay plan have helped me no end with my debt, there staff are very understanding Well trained to deal with all kinds debt problems and they even helped me to get My PPI refund sorted out for me I would not Hesitate to recommend Payplan to anybody in debt and needs there financial problems sorting out the best way to go is payplan without a doubt Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Outstanding Customer service

As the title suggests the customer service is amazing. They get back to you quickly and are very friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is I had to do a bit more leg work then I expected but to be fair they are my debts but I would have liked to get things rolling a bit quicker and with a little more assistance. Much Needed Relief

Payplan have provided us with the relief we needed after our business folded and we were left with alot of debt. They took the weight off our shoulders and have enabled us to be able to pay our debts and still live day to day. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023
