Helped out of a mental crisis

I was struggling with mounting debt and didn’t know what to do, I made contact with Payplan and spoke with a caring and understanding person that didn’t make me feel ashamed or judged. After going through everything we came up with a budget plan that meant I could still “live” a life without the worry of where that next pound is going to come from. My creditors agreed quickly and before I knew it I was on the path to recovery. I couldn’t recommend PayPlan highly enough and I am once again in debt(to them, for getting me out of debt) Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

This company helped change my life. I thought i was at a dead end but they happened to help me find a route to a better financial standing. For that i will always be greatful. The process is very smooth and you are supported from start to finish. All queries are answered swiftly and polite and kind ataff members make the whole application process a breeze. Understanding and helpful

Being in a difficult position both with finances and mental health, PayPlan were helpful explaining my options and calmed me down. If anyone is ever having financial issues and is unsure where to turn I would highly recommend giving PayPlan a call. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Good friendly service, there to help when you need it most

I have Bern a customer with payplan for a number of years due to bad decisions when younger, they have never judged me or made me feel any worse than I already did for needing them.
