Every member of the team I spoke to when setting up my plan and going through my options was very friendly and helpful. Never came across anyone who was negative in anyway. My only gripe is never contacted them sooner as i would have been debt free along time ago. I have recommended them to friends and family members aswell. They made the process so easy to sort and after dealing with mental health issues this was the breath of fresh air I needed. Couldnt of dealt with a better company! Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

They could have not been better, gave all the options availible to me. They were helpful and not pushy, I felt guided by experts though something I found very stressful. My Bank forwarded my details to Pay Plan to help me as I was in Financial Difficulty. They were amazing. Very fast to touch with me. Explained everything clearly and simply and we’re fast to find the right plan for me and get that into place. It has helped me deal with this cost of living crisis and given me breathing space to look for other Employment which would offer me a better salary.
