This organisation is well organised and well run. The operatives appear to be well trained and are very helpful, professional and polite. The help given was to my son who through irresponsible behaviour had got himself into debt. However pay plan were happy to deal with me on his behalf and I have been very impressed by them. PayPlan are very supportive and understanding. Would try and find best plan for you Didn’t force you into anything it would be your choice. PayPlan sorted out all the paperwork for you and contacted your creditors for you I would recommend them to my friends and family if they was having financial difficulty Reviewed on: 15th June 2023
