I was in a very dark place both financially and mentally through lockdown, I suffer with chronic depression and anxiety. I avoided dealing with my creditors and got myself further in to debt. A crisis helpline gave me PayPlans details and I never looked back. The advisor was friendly, empathetic and took care of everything for me. I am now paying off my debts with what I can afford and my credit rating is improving week on week. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Wouldn't even hesitate

I wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending PayPlan. I was handed over to PayPlan during the first COVID-19 lockdown in 2020 by my bank at the time and I've experienced nothing but fast, reliable and controlled support through-out my debt management plan. They both fought with me and for me to keep me as relaxed and as confident as possible in becoming debt free as soon as I could.
