It's okay for a free solution

You don't have an assigned case worked so you speak to a different person every time you contact them and they Don't all stick to the same rule. Eg some will ask for letter/email proof of creditors, some will just accept the info you send. App is dated and poor UX Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

My saviour's!!

I contacted Payplan a couple of years ago and I can't thank them enough for the patience, care, support and advice I've received from them since. I found myself in a real dilemma with my financial situation and they very carefully and consideratly helped me through it. My circumstances changed for the worst and they were supportive eventually helping me through in working out a situation whereby I was paying my debt of but still able to cope financially. They contact me by email and when I call back they are always at the end of the phone. A very valuable asset to this company. If I ever found myself having to advise anyone else about debt problems, I would always suggest Payplan as the way to go. They have my gratitude and thanks always. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Understanding, helpful and non judgemental

My experience with Payplan has been really Positive. I buried my head in the sand for a long time but contacted Payplan as they were recommended to me. I explained that I had to pay my mum a certain amount each month so they recommended a DMP. I went with this and after a year they reviewed my payments and my circumstances had slightly changed so my payments were lowered to be more affordable. They are easy to talk to and quick to help.
