PayPlan is an excellent service, staff really helpful and understanding. I have the app which is great for checking balances and payments. Emails responded to quickly and yearly review went smoothly. I would 100% recommend PayPlan. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

pay plan plus are very pro active and approachable , when ever I have face any problem they always come forward and help me . Dont delay. It changed my life.

I entered into the agreement with reservations but the process was so easy. The worst part was swallowing my pride and accepting that I needed help. The result is that I am two years into the plan and it is flexible, easy and has made such a difference to my life. The staff are attentive and helpful and the app is useful and easy to navigate.
