From day one, my situation and feelings were taken into account, totally understood my situation. Was honest with what and how things could be done and the outcome. The people at PayPlan have been so helpful and understanding throughout, all they want to do is help you. I had so many different debts it was incredibly overwhelming and stressful to a point it really affected my mental health. But PayPlan was there to help. When I found myself in trouble financially back when covid struck my bank at the time suggested I try payplan. I've never honestly looked back the people I spoke to, just put me at ease. They are so nice and friendly, took their time going through all my debt, and came up with a plan that made my life so much more stress free. I was stressed and anxious about the whole process as debt is never a nice thing to go through. Pay plan made the process easy and have been extremely helpful throughout every stage.
