Because of events which occurred which affected me financially, I found myself unable to cover my debts, which were becoming unmanageable. After discussing my issues with my bank, they gave me a list debt solution providers. Pay plan was third in the list, but were quick to respond with potential solutions. The service provided has provided me with a manageable solution and I am supported on a continuous basis. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Having feelings of being ashamed due to my debts i but off contacting payplan. But wish I had sooner. They were very understanding at listening to my problems with debt and felt at ease when dealing with them. They are quick to answer questions or make changes to my account.
