A lifesaver!

PayPlan have helped me to organise my old debts and be able to manage a payment plan and freeze nearly all the interest charges I was paying too. My debts have drastically reduced and I can see the end is in sight now. Brilliant service and great app too. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Kindness, assisted guideance in the management of debt

Since I have been getting professional advice from these people my life has been a lot easier and comfortable in being able to manage my finances from day to day. They are very kind in approach and offer guidance to your day-to-day running of debt along with understanding and information to assist in helping everyone regardless of status and circumstances. These people not only assist you they look after you and I cannot fault any part of their company in trying to assist all for the betterment of future help to everyone. Rocky start, but good since

We had some issues to start off with where creditors were not being paid or updated as to the status of our account, but once that was sorted the road since has been pretty much stress free! Have to say that the App is horrendous! Keeps crashing, never saves your password, and doesn’t load, which is extremely frustrating as you can imagine!! If I need to log in I go via the internet and have deleted the app. If you guys could sort this out it would be amazing, as anyone like me does everything via his phone and a working app makes life a lot easier! Communication is good and pretty quick, and someone is always on hand to answer questions or assist with any issues. Overall, really pleased that we went into a DMP as there was absolutely no light at the end of the tunnel for us, now we can breath and not panic every time the postman turns up, with us expecting threatening letters, this has all be taken care of! Onwards and upwards and hopefully our debt can be paid back and cleared as soon as possible!! Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Best help I've had

I have recommended Payplan to several people who have joined because you've helped me with my debts that I stupidly acquired because of an ex bf. I'm able to change the amount I pay if my financial circumstances have changed for whatever reason. Every year you ask to update my budget plan is helpful again incase circumstances change. I'm also able to pay off chunks if I happen to have some extra cash. Last year I used my birthday money to pay off 2 debts that had a couple 100 left on the accounts. Each debt is split up into sections so you know WHO you're paying, WHAT you're paying to each and HOW MUCH is left to pay to each. It's so simple and easy to get on with. You also get reminder each month to pay which is very handy when you have a memory like mine Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

I am alive today because of payplan. I was suicidal over my debts until i met payplan. They have continuously supported me, with their amazing customer service. Their staff are polite gently, reassuring and very professional. They are not forceful and do not insist to join them. I will highly recommend them to anyone and every one who is on the edge. they brought me back to life and they make sure that you are not on your own with their continuous support and advice.
