I can sleep again

The PayPlan advisors are attentive, responsive and very thorough, even considering my residency situation and personal circumstances. I receive regular updates and reviews and I don't have to worry about creditor calls. Having the app also made things even better. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

Professional - Knowledgeable - Helpful

About 3 years ago, wewere in a lot of trouble financially and couldn't find a way out or see the light at the end of the tunnel, it just seemed like we were getting further and further in debt, until I spoke to Payplan. They were very helpful and explained all the options available to us and the pro's & con's of each one and allowed us to choose what option was best. They have never seemed judgemental, always happy to help & advise. They keep in constant contact and its handy having the online access so you can see how your debts are reducing and easy additional payment option. We feel Payplan not only helped us save our home, but have taken the pressure off, as they communicate with your creditors on your behalf, with regular updates. The best way for me to be debt free!!!

I was getting nowhere!! I was paying the minimum requirement from my credit cards, only to use them up to the limit again to pay someone else. One quick phone call and another callback within the hour…. I was on track to becoming debt free with one manageable payment to be divided between all of my creditors. I still have 4 year’s remaining, but I have not owed so less of an amount in years!!! Thank you PayPlan!!! Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

Sympathetic and professional support

I found myself needing to turn to PayPlan after my debts became unmanageable and, right from the start, the team has been incredibly supportive and, crucially, totally non-judgemental. It's an enormous relief to have the burden of engaging with creditors removed as this was an intense source of anxiety. One comment would be that there should be greater flexibility in the budget plan that requires completion - some outgoings don't fit neatly into the categories that they have - but also they should be more realistic when it comes to how much one is allowed to spend on things like housekeeping and gifts. Cost of living has pushed prices sky high and this doesn't really seem to have been taken into account. Other than that, fantastic service and wonderful people. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

These guys really know their stuff, they’re knowledgeable, friendly & supportive and will do whatever they can to help you. There’s no judgement and they all really want to help!.
